This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will report to the CPTO and spearhead the next phase of Product development at Upsun.

• Design the portfolio strategy for Upsun Cloud, Upsun Blackfire, and Upsun Dispatch to address evolving market demands.

• Collaborate with the CPTO to align future technical direction with a commercially impactful focus.

• Transform in-depth market insights and technical advantages into targeted product priorities, roadmaps, and business metrics across numerous active deployments.

• Directly link product strategy to revenue initiatives and integrate ongoing customer discovery throughout the engineering process to create a highly responsive feedback loop.

• Assess success based on outcomes from the first year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive executive leadership experience overseeing a complex, multi-product portfolio at various stages of maturity within cloud, PaaS, DevOps, developer tools, or infrastructure platforms.

• A demonstrated history of advancing new products from initial strategy to global implementation, while also modernizing established products in dynamic technical landscapes.

• The capability to translate intricate technical features into clear, distinct customer value, manage enterprise requirements, and make critical trade-offs based on data and strong intuition.

• Experience in bridging Product with revenue leadership, designing contemporary organizational frameworks, thoughtfully scaling global remote-first teams, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

• A profound understanding of developer workflows and a practical, inquisitive approach to how AI-native development is transforming product discovery, delivery, and user expectations.
