This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop and implement an ambitious product vision that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, North Star metrics, and innovation aspirations.
• Take ownership of multi-horizon planning to strike a balance between essential ARR-driving products and emerging AI-first solutions.
• Propel the evolution of the platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and swift delivery of customer value.
• Act as the external representative for product strategy by presenting at industry conferences and collaborating with marketing to publish thought leadership content.
• Navigate complex technical product decisions with expertise, including API architecture, platform infrastructure, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to assess build-vs-buy-vs-partner options, define technical product requirements, and ensure the product organization contributes effectively to architectural and feasibility discussions.
• Convert intricate technical limitations and prospects into a clear product strategy and customer-facing value propositions.
• Function as the operational backbone of the product organization: manage operating rhythms, hold teams accountable for their commitments, and identify obstacles before they escalate into issues.
• Establish and drive the standard operating rhythms for assigned product lines, including participation in weekly forecasts, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and half-year planning cycles.
• Develop transparent accountability frameworks across value streams and ensure tracking and resolution of cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead the discovery and implementation of process automation initiatives.
• Over 15 years of experience in product management leadership roles within SaaS or B2B technology, including a minimum of 5 years in an executive-level position.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage confidently in architectural decisions, API strategies, and platform trade-offs; a prior engineering background or experience in highly technical product domains is highly preferred.
• A proven history of managing product P&L and achieving revenue growth through strategic portfolio decisions.
• Experience in building platform ecosystems and API-first products; familiarity with AI/ML and automation is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in introducing innovative offerings while sustaining ARR stability in core product lines.
• Exceptional capability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and represent product strategy to executive leadership and the Board.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills; experience in metrics-driven product organizations.
