VP Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of integration processes for acquired companies.

• Create and maintain integration playbooks that encompass finance, HR, IT/ERP, facilities, compliance, and commercial systems.

• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance teams during the diligence phase to identify integration risks and associated costs.

• Manage integration governance timelines, assign workstream leaders, monitor milestones, and provide executive reports.

• Evaluate the performance of acquired companies against pre-acquisition projections and Eurofins operational benchmarks.

• Discover synergy opportunities and drive their realization toward established targets.

• Track post-integration performance for a duration of 12 to 24 months following the acquisition.

• Foster relationships across Eurofins business units to gain insights into network capabilities and opportunities for best-practice transfers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or general management.

• Proven experience in integrating acquired companies on a large scale, focusing not only on diligence but also on operational setup and performance improvement.

• Proficiency in P&L management; ability to navigate financial, operational, and cultural integration challenges comfortably.

• Strong stakeholder management skills in decentralized, multi-national organizations.

• A history of being recognized as high-potential or fast-track talent in previous roles.

• Willingness to travel to sites of acquired companies.
