VP, OBPM Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and directing the deployment of OBPM for the bank

• Engage in the ongoing transformation of core banking, serving as a liaison between business and technology

• Spearheading the implementation and integration of Oracle Banking Payments across various channels

• Manage the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live, including oversight of testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, data migration, and stabilization

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners; deliver executive reporting

• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, regulatory mandates (IFRS), and internal quality benchmarks

• Conduct workshops to pinpoint discrepancies between business requirements and system functionalities, formulating strategies for resolution

• Provide support and management for the OBPM platform utilized by the bank

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in core banking / OBPM (design, development, implementation, support)

• Demonstrated success in large-scale, multi-country banking transformation initiatives

• Strong techno-functional expertise in Payments

• Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies

• Understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and host-to-host integrations
