📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive product strategy and implementation for a diverse portfolio that includes cloud software, firmware, and hardware systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers tasked with managing key product areas from the initial roadmap development through to market introduction.

• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure product roadmaps are in sync with technical architecture, platform advancements, and delivery capabilities.

• Convert customer requirements, competitive factors, and market insights into prioritized product roadmaps that balance innovation, system dependability, and market speed.

• Act as the representative of Flock's product portfolio and development principles during significant external discussions with customers, partners, and public representatives.

• Established history of leading and expanding intricate, multi-layered technology products across software platforms and hardware-related systems.

• Strong product acumen with the ability to prioritize efficiently amidst competing demands and limited market data.

• Proven experience in developing and guiding product managers to ensure cohesive execution across various product lines.

• Ability to collaborate closely with Engineering on platform design, technical sequencing, and development trade-offs.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex product functionalities to non-technical external audiences.
