📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation across our product range.

• Determine how our distinct products function cohesively as a system.

• Establish the operating rhythm and create clear, timely communication pathways.

• Foster relationships with senior executives at our largest clients.

• Engage with users to gain insights into workflows and challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with sales and customer success teams.

• Contribute to the overall company strategy, prepare board materials, and shape the cultural tone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over ten years of experience in product management, with a minimum of three to five years in leadership roles (Director, Sr. Director, or VP).

• Extensive background in healthcare, particularly in post-acute care, care coordination, value-based care, population health, or relevant provider/payer workflows.

• Experience with multiple products or platforms.

• Strong instincts for customer needs.

• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives.

• Possess executive presence.
