This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of global pricing as a genuine P&L leader, responsible for revenue, contribution margin, take rate, and profitability across various corridors, channels, and customer segments.
• Establish an enterprise-wide pricing strategy that aligns with business goals—growth, margin optimization, customer acquisition, and retention—while considering market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Set pricing objectives and guidelines that effectively balance immediate performance with long-term customer value and brand trust.
• Supervise the creation and implementation of pricing models that encompass FX spreads, fees, corridor economics, elasticity, and competitive benchmarking.
• Spearhead pricing experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, pilot programs, cohort-based pricing, and lifecycle-driven offers to consistently enhance performance.
• Convert economic changes into actionable pricing strategies and modifications that yield measurable financial results.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to monitor pricing performance, revenue quality, margin stability, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with FP&A, the CFO of Retail, the CFO of MGO, and Analytics teams to project pricing impacts, quantify trade-offs, and assist in business planning and investment decisions.
• Ensure that leadership has clear insights into pricing drivers, risks, and opportunities throughout the global portfolio.
• Act as a pricing thought leader and executive collaborator across Business, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Cultivate a strong relationship with Treasury to manage the FX rate inputs into the pricing system.
• Persuade senior stakeholders with clear, data-supported recommendations and structured decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and nurture high-performing pricing talent while promoting a culture that regards pricing as a fundamental general management discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing within fintech, payments, or related fields.
• Strong background in growth and transformational business environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of pricing economics, including FX-based pricing, fees, elasticity, corridor-level performance, and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, combined with the capability to translate insights into clear strategic and operational decisions.
• Proficient in leading experimentation and utilizing data for continuous optimization.
• Exceptional communication abilities—capable of simplifying complex technical and financial concepts.
