VP, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the operational frameworks that enable Flourish to expand while maintaining the culture, quality, and humanity that characterize our care.

• Collaborate closely with leaders throughout the organization to proactively identify potential bottlenecks and enhance the operating model.

• Direct the People Operations function, ensuring a welcoming and proactive talent pipeline along with an outstanding employee experience.

• Manage Clinical Operations to guarantee that care teams have the necessary operational infrastructure to provide exceptional care.

• Supervise Licensing, Compliance & Credentialing functions to ensure safe operations nationwide.

• Evaluate success through metrics such as employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), recruiting speed, and adherence to compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and scale complex operational organizations.

• Experience in leading operations at a high-growth startup, preferably from Series A through various stages of growth.

• Strong operational acumen, with the capability to pinpoint bottlenecks, simplify complexities, and create scalable systems.

• Highly analytical and data-oriented, possessing excellent business insight and a tendency to utilize metrics for enhancing organizational performance.

• Adept at navigating between long-term strategic planning and daily operational execution in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional communicator who quickly builds trust and effectively influences across various functions.

• Strong skills in project and program management, along with remarkable organizational discipline.

• Experience in multi-state healthcare operations, including licensing, compliance, or credentialing.
