Campaign Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with go-to-market strategies, encompassing integrated marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, and partner channels.

• Take ownership of the complete campaign lifecycle, including the creation and execution of campaigns and emails, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Oversee the daily operations of the marketing automation stack and provide support for additional system integrations.

• Collaborate with channel managers and marketing operations teams to monitor campaign KPIs and offer recommendations for optimization.

• Assist with lead lifecycle management, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and the automation of workflows.

• Handle multiple campaigns and requests while ensuring attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.

• Contribute to the creation of process documentation, templates, training materials, and the dissemination of campaign best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executing campaigns within a marketing operations environment.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and managing marketing databases.

• Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, Zuddl, 6Sense, and AI automation solutions is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills; highly organized and self-driven.

• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.

• Solid skills in independent project and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
