This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• This position primarily involves directing and overseeing the strategic direction and operations of Account Onboarding & Servicing, ATM networks, and cash management functions within an organization.
• Create and execute strategies for accounting services, ATM operations, and cash management to guarantee efficient and secure transactions.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring that all services comply with regulatory requirements and meet organizational standards.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Guide and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement new technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the accounting services and cash management departments.
• Ensure that robust risk management practices are established to mitigate potential threats associated with cash handling and ATM operations.
• Generally, 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services, emphasizing account management, ATM operations, and cash management.
• Familiarity with banking technologies, including digital onboarding systems, ATM software, and cash management tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, account management, ATM networks, and cash management processes.
• Proficient in optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and effectively managing resources.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, overseeing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in project management, especially concerning technology integration and process enhancement.
• Capability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, presenting reports, and leading meetings.
