Sales Analytics and Data Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute data entry and validation tasks across various financial systems and spreadsheets.

• Assist with general ledger (GL) entries and provide accounting support as required.

• Aid in monthly closing processes, encompassing reconciliations and the preparation of reports.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel spreadsheets and financial models.

• Perform financial and operational data analysis to uncover trends and inconsistencies.

• Standardize and refine spreadsheets, reports, and datasets to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee timely and precise financial deliverables.

• Prepare and organize financial reports along with accompanying documentation.

• Contribute to maintaining precise financial records and audit-ready files.

• Facilitate process enhancements and identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency.

• Carry out additional finance and reporting-related assignments as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and financial reporting functions.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
