Operations Analyst – Contractor Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Overseeing real-time data streams from field sensors and responding to alerts as they arise.

• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to investigate and identify real-time faults with minimal errors.

• Collaborating promptly and effectively with Supervisors on ad-hoc data inquiries and providing updates during ongoing investigations.

• Degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).

• Strong command of the English language – must be able to convey event information efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of data analytics and anomaly detection.

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Highly driven, proactive, and capable of performing tasks independently.

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
