This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and data maintenance assistance.
• Oversee operational escalations and offer solutions to a variety of moderately complex challenges.
• Engage directly with customers and partners.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and systems documentation as necessary.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and consultative abilities.
• Exceptional customer service orientation demonstrated through experience.
• Capability to accurately interpret and understand users’ requests and issues.
• High self-discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a team setting.
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and sound judgment.
• Competence in problem-solving using established guidelines and identifying patterns in recurring issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-user applications, client functions, and services.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with networking and internet principles.
• Ability to understand data concepts across different systems.
• Prior experience with customer relationship management systems such as Siebel and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Fully remote work opportunity.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, which corresponds to India time of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
• Minimal overtime expectations, with staffing required during in-country holidays.
