VP, Onboarding & Servicing – Retail Banking Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Responsible for directing and overseeing the strategic initiatives and operations of Account Onboarding & Servicing, ATM networks, and cash management activities.

• Formulate and execute strategies for accounting services, ATM operations, and cash management to guarantee secure and efficient transactions.

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational benchmarks.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and addressing any emerging issues.

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements and introduce new technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Ensure that comprehensive risk management practices are established to mitigate potential risks associated with cash handling and ATM operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services, emphasizing account management, ATM operations, and cash management.

• Familiarity with banking technologies, including digital onboarding systems, ATM software, and cash management applications.

• Thorough understanding of banking operations, account management, ATM networks, and cash management processes.

• Expertise in optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery, and effectively managing resources.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position, managing teams and spearheading strategic initiatives.

• Experience in project management, particularly in technology integration and process enhancement.

• Capability to devise and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction, report presentation, and meeting leadership.
