This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead the global Solutions Engineering division by establishing vision, structure, and operational cadence for a distributed team across the US and EMEA.
• Act as a strategic ally to the CRO and Sales Leadership, jointly managing deal strategy for enterprise and strategic accounts and engaging in executive-level customer discussions.
• Create repeatable, impactful demos, proof-of-concept frameworks, and technical narratives that showcase Crescendo's Managed AI + Superhuman differentiation.
• Develop and oversee the career framework, hiring strategy, onboarding processes, and professional development programs that position Crescendo SE as a top-tier function.
• Manage departmental metrics, capacity planning, and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews in a high-growth setting where each quarter sets a higher standard.
• Define and refine the playbooks that guide the team in delivering demos, undertaking technical discovery, and translating customer feedback into actionable product insights that shape roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to create customer-facing resources, establish competitive positioning, and develop scalable pre-sales materials.
• Maintain consistency and excellence across the global team through effective process design and enablement infrastructure.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with prospects, executives, and technical decision-makers to enhance deal velocity, shorten sales cycles, and facilitate expansion.
• 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, including 6+ years in progressive leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling SE organizations within high-growth SaaS environments, particularly in CX, AI, or infrastructure.
• Proven history of securing large, complex, strategic deals through technical expertise, executive presence, and innovative problem-solving.
• Capable of operating at various altitudes — equally adept in live demos, C-suite strategy discussions, or pipeline reviews.
• Strong cross-functional instincts: adept at influencing product, marketing, and sales to create compounding leverage.
• Possess a builder's mindset — energized by process design, playbook development, and organizational growth rather than drained by it.
• Experience in managing globally distributed teams and understanding the intricacies of enterprise sales across North America and EMEA.
