This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and execute a detailed sales strategy tailored for each business unit.
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and the technological pathways of key customers.
• Collaborate with headquarters and various Vital locations to establish pricing strategies and sales methodologies.
• Inspire, guide, and empower the leaders of business units and the sales team.
• Establish performance metrics and consistently evaluate and enhance team effectiveness.
• Propel revenue growth by broadening the customer base and boosting sales figures.
• Oversee and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients and partners.
• Produce regular reports detailing sales performance and market developments.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations while upholding product quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related area (master’s degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated history of effective sales leadership and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities with a knack for motivating and managing a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
