This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the sales strategy in collaboration with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, aligned with our growth goals.

• Take ownership of sales outcomes to achieve and exceed quarterly objectives by establishing repeatable sales processes and coaching account executives and solution engineers across North America, Europe, and Australia.

• Enhance sales processes, systems, and analytics to ensure effective management of team performance.

• Offer coaching and guidance on individual deals, covering stakeholder engagement, pricing strategies, and effective negotiation to secure more wins.

• Provide executive sponsorship for deals and customer relationships, coordinating with executive stakeholders as necessary.

• Collaborate with marketing (and BDRs) to strategize outreach and nurturing campaigns that consistently generate new leads and facilitate deal progression.

• Prepare the team for future growth by designing an effective organizational structure, fostering a positive team culture, developing compensation plans, and recruiting top talent.

• Deliver weekly pipeline and forecast updates to the leadership team through precise forecasting in CRM and discussions with representatives.

• Engage in the strategic direction of the company by actively participating in leadership discussions, representing market insights.

• Stay informed on trends and challenges in HR technologies and people analytics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in progressive sales roles, including more than 5 years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives selling SaaS/software to large enterprises.

• Proven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in successfully scaling a company from approximately $30M to $60M in ARR.

• Strong understanding and practical experience in utilizing CRM and other innovative technologies to enhance team performance and scalability.

• Preferred experience with HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions.

• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and regional events (up to 25%), as needed.

• A globally-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor.
