This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the sales strategy in collaboration with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, aligned with our growth objectives.
• Take ownership of sales outcomes to achieve and exceed quarterly targets by establishing repeatable sales processes and mentoring account executives and solution engineers based in North America, Europe, and Australia.
• Enhance sales processes, systems, and analytics to effectively manage team performance.
• Offer coaching and guidance on individual deals, from stakeholder engagement to pricing strategies and effective negotiation, to secure more wins.
• Provide executive sponsorship for deals and customers, aligning with executive stakeholders of prospects as necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing (and BDRs) to strategize outreach and nurture campaigns that consistently generate new leads and advance deals through the pipeline.
• Prepare the team for growth by designing an effective organizational structure, fostering team culture, developing compensation plans, and recruiting top talent.
• Deliver weekly pipeline and forecast updates to the leadership team through accurate forecasting in CRM and discussions with representatives.
• Actively contribute to the company's strategic direction by participating in leadership discussions, providing insights from the market.
• Stay informed on trends and developments in HR technologies and people analytics.
• Over 10 years of experience in progressive sales roles, including more than 5 years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives in selling SaaS/software to large enterprises.
• A proven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in successfully scaling a company from approximately $30M to about $60M in ARR.
• Strong understanding and experience in leveraging CRM and other innovative technologies to scale and enhance team performance.
• Preferred experience with HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and regional events (up to 25%), as necessary.
