📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the comprehensive strategy for Innovaccer’s Life Sciences division, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, objectives, and growth targets.

• Discover growth prospects within the Life Sciences sector, encompassing the enhancement of current solutions and the creation of new products, services, and partnerships.

• Spearhead the development and execution of business plans aimed at increasing revenue, market share, and profitability within the Life Sciences sector.

• Cultivate and uphold executive relationships with major Life Sciences stakeholders, such as pharmaceutical companies, biotech organizations, CROs, and medical device firms.

• Identify and chase new business avenues, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to broaden Innovaccer’s presence in the Life Sciences arena.

• Lead intricate negotiations and commercial discussions with pivotal clients and partners.

• Offer a well-informed perspective on customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and regulatory factors (e.g., FDA, GxP) to guide product strategy and differentiation.

• Collaboratively define the product trajectory and business plans for Life Sciences-centered solutions, ensuring coherence with market demands and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to guarantee the successful launch, acceptance, and scaling of Life Sciences solutions.

• Manage OKRs and financial metrics (CARR, NPV + CARR) for the Life Sciences sector.

• Supervise GTM planning, resource distribution, and performance oversight.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing Life Sciences team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Provide consistent updates to executive leadership regarding business performance and advancements.

• Engage and cultivate C-level relationships across Life Sciences clients and partners.

• Utilize strategic partnerships to enhance client acquisition and maximize client value delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 10–15+ years of experience in Life Sciences, healthcare technology, or related fields, including 5+ years in senior leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in driving growth, establishing vertical-focused strategies, and managing large, complex business units.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing GTM strategies on a large scale.

• Deep understanding of the Life Sciences ecosystem, encompassing pharma, biotech, clinical research, and regulatory frameworks.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and executive presence, with the capability to influence various stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to forge and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and cultivate a robust growth culture.

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on results.

• Capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
