Rental Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional support.

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the car rental experience.

• Create rental agreements while promoting vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.

• Address customer inquiries with promptness and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales ability with experience in upselling and closing deals.

• Background in industries such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable in a commission-based environment, excelling under pressure.

• Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
