• Take ownership of the North America revenue target, including the forecast and the strategy to achieve it.
• Develop and manage the AWS co-selling engine, establishing named relationships with AWS PDMs, account teams, and vertical sellers, operating as a structured system with a set cadence, mapped accounts, and collaborative pipeline reviews.
• Leverage AWS programs and funding effectively, such as MAP, POC funding, Marketplace private offers, and partner incentives, to mitigate risks and expedite deal closures.
• Initiate and finalize outcome-based, multi-stakeholder service engagements, typically valued at $500K and above, engaging C-level executives and economic decision-makers.
• Keep an accurate and inspectable pipeline within the CRM, ensuring clear stage definitions and transparent commitment calls.
• Provide field insights back into positioning, offerings, and vertical strategies as the key point of contact for the North American market.
• Establish the hiring strategy, recruit Account Executives (AEs), and define the operational cadence for the NAMER sales team once the process is validated.
• Over 10 years of enterprise sales experience in technology services or consulting, with at least 5 years within the AWS partner ecosystem.
• A robust network across the AWS field (including PDMs, sellers, and vertical teams) with proven experience in building a pipeline through these relationships.
• A solid track record of closing seven-figure service engagements and consistently exceeding quotas.
• Proficiency in discussing modernization and AI topics, capable of articulating GenAI, agentic AI, and cloud modernization as business outcomes for C-level buyers without the presence of a solutions architect.
• Expertise in collaborating with technical teams on complex, multi-stakeholder solution sales.
• A builder mentality: adept at being the initial leader, crafting the playbook, and subsequently hiring individuals who excel in executing it.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (preferred).
• 30% travel primarily to client locations and AWS field events.
