β’ Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Sales for the Americas will evolve a successful inbound-driven, single-product model into an advanced multi-product sales operation (EOR, Contractor, and Gia AI).
β’ Develop the Multi-Product Capability: Shift the team from promoting a solitary service-based solution to a comprehensive SaaS suite.
β’ Design Outbound Excellence: Establish a sustainable and high-growth outbound/hunting strategy.
β’ Propel Activation & Velocity: Speed up the sales cycle.
β’ Scale to Enterprise: Transform existing SMB/Mid-Market achievements into an 'Enterprise-grade' approach.
β’ Optimize with AI: Significantly enhance sales results by incorporating AI into the daily sales processes.
β’ Forecasting & Data Precision: Uphold strict forecasting standards utilizing Salesforce and Clari.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside GTM Ops, Product, and Partners teams.
β’ Promote Cultural Excellence: Foster high-trust, accountable partnerships across teams to encourage collaboration.
β’ Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Technology, or Fintech.
β’ Scaling Experience: Ideally has witnessed 'what good looks like' at the $300M - $500M+ ARR level.
β’ Tenacious Drive: Possesses a 'net-new logo' hunter mentality.
β’ High-Velocity Proficiency: Demonstrated experience managing quick sales cycles (30-45 days) while concurrently advancing into the Enterprise market.
β’ Technical Sales Acumen: Capable of leading technical sales that involve compliance, global labor regulations, and intricate pricing models.
β’ Tooling Expertise: Mastery of Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
β’ AI Adoption: An early adopter of AI tools aimed at enhancing sales productivity.
