This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Sales for the Americas will transform a successful inbound-focused, single-product model into a sophisticated multi-product sales operation (EOR, Contractor, and Gia AI).
• Develop the Multi-Product Capability: Shift the team from selling a single service-based offering to a comprehensive SaaS suite.
• Establish Outbound Excellence: Create a sustainable, high-growth outbound/hunting strategy.
• Accelerate Activation & Velocity: Speed up the sales cycle.
• Scale to Enterprise: Transition current SMB/Mid-Market successes into an 'Enterprise-grade' sales approach.
• Optimize through AI: Significantly enhance sales outcomes by incorporating AI into everyday sales processes.
• Forecasting & Data Integrity: Uphold stringent forecasting standards using Salesforce and Clari.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with GTM Ops, Product, and Partners teams.
• Promote Cultural Excellence: Foster high-trust, accountable partnerships across teams to encourage collaboration.
• Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
• Scaling Experience: Ideally has witnessed 'what good looks like' at the $300M - $500M+ ARR level.
• Tenacious Drive: Possesses a 'net-new logo' hunter mentality.
• High-Velocity Proficiency: Proven track record of managing short sales cycles (30-45 days) while concurrently advancing into the Enterprise market.
• Technical Sales Acumen: Capable of leading technical sales that involve compliance, global labor regulations, and complex pricing models.
• Tooling Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
• AI Adoption: An early adopter of AI tools to enhance sales productivity.
