This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for Stord’s Commerce suite, focusing on both pre- and post-purchase consumer experiences.
• Build, lead, and expand a top-tier team of product managers.
• Recruit outstanding product talent and nurture the growth of product managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Implementations, Solutions, and various cross-functional teams.
• Propel competitive positioning, client retention, new-logo requirements, pricing, packaging, adoption, and growth initiatives.
• Establish operating rhythms, metrics, rituals, product specifications, shipping processes, measurement practices, iteration, and portfolio prioritization.
• Be accountable for revenue results, software CARR growth, attach-rate optimization, and the launch of new products.
• Broaden the product portfolio to include more high-growth products, markets, and business lines.
• Articulate the product vision, implement roadmaps, make trade-offs, leverage customer insights and data, and represent products both internally and externally.
• Extensive knowledge in Ecommerce and Commerce sectors.
• Proven experience in operating an Ecommerce business or scaling products designed for Ecommerce brands or merchants.
• Familiarity with Ecommerce metrics as well as growth, retention, margin, and cash objectives of ecommerce stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a product organization at scale within a complex setting, such as a high-growth venture-backed unicorn, public software company, or established logistics technology platform.
• Successful track record of managing a multi-product portfolio to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Experience in building the necessary organization to foster product success.
• Expertise in hiring exceptional product managers and mentoring a product organization.
• Capability to oversee a diverse portfolio while engaging deeply in product, customer, technical, and operational specifics.
• Understanding of Ecommerce economics and proficiency in communicating with brand CFOs, CMOs, and CEOs.
• A perspective on best-in-class consumer experiences with the ability to translate that into a forward-thinking product roadmap.
• Skill in balancing strategic thought with practical product judgment.
• Ability to make informed trade-offs and lead through influence among Engineering, GTM, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in utilizing customer insights, data, and business context to steer product direction.
• Capacity to drive adoption and measurable outcomes, navigate ambiguity and complexity, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
