This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the individual contributor for the product within the Measurement (Attribution) team.
• Define problems and explore options instead of directing team members.
• Transform insights from domain experts, support discussions, sales feedback, research, and merchant interactions into clear problem definitions and opportunity areas.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to grasp Attribution across various merchants and channels.
• Identify potential errors and inaccuracies in the Attribution process.
• Present trade-offs, risks, and constraints to enable informed decision-making within the team.
• Ensure team initiatives align with Klar’s strategic goals.
• Maintain a straightforward roadmap, organized backlog, and well-defined work items.
• Document decisions and insights in concise documents, decision records, and Linear issues.
• Distribute Attribution insights across Klar to ensure alignment of strategy, sales, marketing, and support expectations with product capabilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, marketing analytics, performance marketing, data products, or a similar product-focused individual contributor role.
• Significant fluency in marketing measurement or attribution methodologies.
• Familiarity with attribution models, tracking pixels, session stitching, lookback windows, marketing mix modeling, incrementality, and geo-level testing.
• Ability to operate effectively without formal authority and to influence through clarity, context, and sound judgment.
• Proven experience working in small, stable teams with comprehensive domain ownership.
• Commitment to data quality and reliability, including a readiness to narrow scope, simplify, or pause initiatives when data trust is compromised.
• Capability to deeply understand complex or technical subjects and explain them in simple terms.
• Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to various communication styles, both synchronous and asynchronous.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior exposure to marketing attribution tools or data pipelines would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Familiarity with data science and research-driven product development is helpful but not required.
• Awareness of measurement methodologies and associated trade-offs would be advantageous but is not necessary.
• A working understanding of CAC, ROAS, CLV, and contribution margins would be beneficial but is not required.
• Comfort with reading and writing SQL, as well as using analytics or BI tools, would be helpful but is not required.
• Awareness of GDPR regulations, browser tracking limitations, first-party versus third-party scripts, and privacy constraints would be beneficial but is not required.
