This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a product strategy that aligns with Roebling's objectives, identifying market opportunities and guiding products from conception to launch.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, facilitating development in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business integration.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise monetization and pricing strategies that resonate with market demands and align with company objectives.
• Evaluate key performance indicators and utilize data to enhance product performance, improve user experience, and address both internal and external requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and collect feedback to remain ahead of industry trends, ensuring products satisfy customer needs and enhance internal efficiency.
• Create unified customer journeys across all products to provide a consistent and user-friendly experience.
• Oversee external resources and occasionally engage with code, while leading a small, agile team to guarantee effective execution.
• Manage data harmonization across various platforms to streamline internal processes and elevate product value.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful history of launching and overseeing digital products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven experience in building and scaling B2B products, preferably for technical or engineering audiences in areas such as process engineering, chemical/industrial engineering, or capital project development.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices in product management.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced developers, designers, and external resources to produce high-quality products.
• Willingness to engage with details, including code or design, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a capacity to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with a focus on tracking and improving key product metrics.
• A degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
