Senior Product Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess opportunities to convert CGS’s services, data assets, and technical capabilities into scalable products.

• Perform market research, user discovery, and evaluations to guide product and service direction.

• Drive early-stage product development from concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage.

• Collaborate with the Director of Solutions and Senior Manager of Growth & Revenue to develop and present products to funders and partners.

• Design and implement pilot projects and conduct early product testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (graduate degree preferred in a relevant field).

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering product strategy, managing domain-specific product portfolios, and providing innovative solutions in complex environments.

• More than 3 years of experience in supporting fundraising, partnerships, or revenue generation for early-stage products.

• Familiarity with geospatial technologies, environmental data, or climate/water sectors.

• Proven experience in building and launching products.

• A successful history of influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.

• Strong judgment in identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing product opportunities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
