This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and articulate an engaging product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and addresses customer requirements.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap, delivering incremental value to customers while ensuring alignment with market needs, competitive positioning, and profitability.
• Oversee the entire product development process from ideation to launch, making certain that each feature alleviates customer issues, adds value, and supports financial growth.
• Manage P&L responsibilities for product lines, balancing customer demands with business objectives and market opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Create and implement a data-informed strategy for prioritizing features, managing the backlog, and analyzing product metrics.
• Guide, mentor, and support a high-performing team of product managers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and stakeholders to collect insights that drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and implement product features and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and set up systems for tracking, reporting, and responding to performance metrics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring product alignment with organizational objectives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director in a growing SaaS environment, ideally within the EHS, quality management, or human capital management (HCM) sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and coaching product management teams.
• Proven experience managing product development in an Agile setting, delivering complex products from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated history of holding P&L responsibilities for product lines and making strategic decisions that align customer needs with profitability.
