This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Spearhead the evolution of Perch into a community solar marketplace driven by AI and platform capabilities.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for Perch’s core platform, prioritizing automation, simplification, and sustainable scalability.
• Automate critical high-risk and high-touch workflows related to onboarding, billing, exception handling, and various operational processes.
• Develop configurable, data-driven systems aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, enrollment, and service delivery.
• Enhance acquisition flows across B2C, B2B, partner-led, and channel-based models, focusing on conversion rates, acquisition costs, and minimizing enrollment friction.
• Integrate AI into workflows for acquisition, enrollment, billing, and service operations.
• Oversee partner and developer experiences, encompassing portals, workflows, APIs, and data transparency.
• Provide reporting and analytics capabilities that ensure reliable performance visibility and compliance-ready reporting.
• Guarantee that regulatory and market requirements are incorporated into robust platform logic.
• Collaborate across functions including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Business Development.
• Lead the product organization by cultivating a strong team, defining roles, and establishing practices driven by outcomes.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles with responsibility for a diverse product portfolio or platform.
• Experience collaborating with offshore product and engineering teams.
• Extensive experience in building and scaling products within complex, regulated, or operationally intensive environments.
• Background in managing two-sided or multi-sided marketplaces and addressing the needs of various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in driving automation and simplifying workflows through product initiatives.
• Experience supporting both B2C and B2B users, including external partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a history of using data to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Practical experience implementing AI-enabled tools or workflows in product, operations, analytics, or customer-facing processes is advantageous.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Experience in energy, utilities, fintech, or related marketplaces is highly preferred.
