VP of Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Snapchat for paid customer acquisition.

• Oversee a team focused on creative strategy, production, and testing.

• Hold full P&L accountability for new customer revenue in the DTC sector.

• Increase daily Meta expenditure to over $100K while achieving the target ncROAS.

• Implement a statistical testing framework with definitive win criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid media.

• Proven experience managing Meta spending of $100K or more per day for a single brand.

• Strong grasp of CAC, ncROAS, spending levels, and hit rates.

• Background in creative strategy and production.

• Ability to assess campaign performance and make real-time scaling decisions.

• Excellent copywriting skills for ad messaging.

• Familiarity with funnel structure and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
