This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the inbound marketing funnel, emphasizing SEO and SEM to generate qualified leads and enhance pipeline growth.
• Strategize, initiate, and refine paid search (SEM) campaigns by overseeing budgets, bids, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to achieve cost-per-lead and ROAS objectives.
• Design and implement the SEO and GEO strategy, which includes keyword analysis, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content suggestions to increase organic traffic and rankings.
• Manage website and landing page conversion rate optimization by continuously testing messaging, offers, user experiences, and page interactions to boost lead conversion and pipeline creation.
• Assist in developing and managing nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and automated workflows in Marketo to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
• Ensure the accuracy of lead and campaign data while reporting on funnel performance in Salesforce, collaborating with sales on lead transfers and attribution.
• Establish, monitor, and report on funnel KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and revenue generated, while sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Conduct a regular series of A/B tests and experiments across various channels, landing pages, and messaging to enhance conversion rates continually.
• Work in conjunction with content and product marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with the buyer's journey and our target childcare-provider audience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in managing SEO and SEM/paid search campaigns with a proven ability to generate qualified leads.
• Proficient in using Marketo for executing campaigns, nurturing leads, and managing lead workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; comfortable navigating CRM data, reporting, and lead/campaign processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to work with funnel metrics and leverage data for informed decision-making.
• A self-motivated individual who can independently manage channels within a dynamic, small team.
