This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the demand generation strategy for North America’s commercial and mid-market sectors, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership, account executives, BDRs, and RevOps to pinpoint priorities, target segments, and avenues for growth.
• Design and implement integrated campaigns across various channels, including paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and retargeting.
• Develop and manage account-based and pipeline acceleration initiatives for key accounts and segments.
• Create and oversee regional campaign calendars and execution plans that are in sync with quarterly business goals.
• Work in partnership with product marketing on messaging, positioning, product launches, and persona-driven campaign creation.
• Collaborate with content, brand, and web teams to craft landing pages, campaign assets, nurture journeys, and conversion paths.
• Partner with marketing operations to guarantee effective campaign setup, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and visibility within the funnel.
• Evaluate campaign performance and its impact on the pipeline, optimizing based on data, conversion patterns, and sales insights.
• Adopt a test-and-learn approach to channel mixes, messaging, offers, and segmentation strategies.
• Contribute to enhancing demand generation operations by identifying more efficient workflows, automation possibilities, and scalable execution models.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
• Extensive experience supporting commercial, mid-market, or growth segments in North America.
• Demonstrated success in creating integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipelines and drive revenue growth.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams and translate commercial objectives into effective marketing strategies.
• Capability to manage both top-of-funnel demand generation and mid-to-late-funnel pipeline acceleration.
• Practical experience with channels such as paid social, search, email, webinars, events, ABM programs, and nurturing efforts.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience leveraging data to inform budget allocation, optimization, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where building and executing simultaneously is essential.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
