Performance Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client accounts and act as the main point of communication.

• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, strategize, and coordinate next steps.

• Distribute bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Foster trust and cultivate relationships that encourage renewals and referrals.

• Create, launch, and enhance Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Track daily performance and implement adjustments to meet cost per appointment goals.

• Address underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.

• Compose ad copy and scripts for video sales letters tailored for financial services audiences.

• Generate hooks, angles, and variations in messaging for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with video editors on the creative production process.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite copywriting while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

• Establish tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

• Set up integrations with Calendly, automate tasks using Zapier, and manage lead routing.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and maintaining client relationships.

• Excellent copywriting skills with the capacity to create engaging ad copy and scripts.

• Proficient in conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation techniques.

• Experience within the financial services sector.

• Knowledge of lead generation and appointment-setting campaign strategies.

• Familiarity with video sales letter marketing approaches.

• Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase sales funnels.
