This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Sidetrade’s worldwide demand generation strategy, with a clear objective to expand pipeline and boost revenue across all segments.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing demand generation team that encompasses digital marketing, content creation, field events, paid media, SEO/SEM, and marketing operations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline objectives, campaign prioritization, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Formulate and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns (including email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and events) across Europe and North America.
• Develop and enhance an ABM strategy, partnering with Sales to focus on strategic enterprise accounts through tailored, high-impact programs.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack (such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar) while ensuring exemplary data hygiene, attribution, and reporting.
• Create and deliver comprehensive pipeline and ROI reports to the CMO and Executive team, with full accountability for MQL to Closed-Won metrics.
• Efficiently manage the demand generation budget, optimizing expenditure across channels to maximize pipeline contribution.
• Advocate for the Sidetrade brand in all demand activities, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all markets.
• Keep abreast of B2B SaaS demand generation trends, introducing innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
• Over 8 years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years leading a demand generation function at a senior level.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment, with measurable contributions to revenue.
• In-depth expertise in multi-channel demand generation, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurturing, content marketing, webinars, and field events.
• Strong experience with ABM, particularly within enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Hands-on proficiency with contemporary marketing technologies: Marketo (or HubSpot), Salesforce CRM, and intent/ABM platforms (such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
• A data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities; comfortable developing dashboards, interpreting funnel metrics, and making budget decisions based on data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities — you motivate through clear vision, high standards, and a coaching mindset.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and SDR/BDR teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; capable of presenting confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Experience marketing AI, fintech, or Order-to-Cash / ERP solutions is a significant advantage.
