Paid Media Specialist, Inglés Avanzado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will be the primary contact for assigned paid media accounts.

• You will design, execute, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads / Bing Ads / Facebook / Social Ads.

• You will implement strategies in search, display, remarketing, social, and video.

• You will analyze results, generate reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.

• You will collaborate with internal teams (strategy, sales) to drive growth.

• You will delegate tasks and support coordinators and assistants.

• You will stay updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Paid Media.

• More than 1 year in roles involving direct client interaction.

• Advanced English B2+ (C1 preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• Current certification in Google Ads.

• Solid experience in Google Search Ads (essential).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console (desirable).
