• Oversee the People department, providing mentorship to HR professionals and enhancing their contributions.

• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention that attract premier global talent.

• Create and refine performance management systems to enhance engagement and productivity.

• Work collaboratively across departments to roll out programs that foster ongoing development.

• Manage programs to guarantee competitive and fair offerings across various regions.

• Collaborate with leadership to bolster Diversity & Inclusion initiatives that promote innovation and a sense of belonging.

• Ensure compliance with global employment regulations and HR best practices.

• Offer insights on organizational design and transformations.

• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance issues.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities — you build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to align People strategies with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
