• Demonstrated HR leader with a background in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance issues.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities — you build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to align People strategies with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
