• Oversee and manage the time tracking and attendance systems for team members.
• Examine and validate daily attendance, leave records, and working hours.
• Track early morning logins and attendance of team members in the relevant systems.
• Proactively notify the Customer Success team regarding login statuses, delays, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers to address time discrepancies or missing entries.
• Produce and distribute attendance reports for payroll and management evaluation.
• Notify the appropriate team leads or customer success lead about any team member unavailability.
• Monitor and assess system performance, working with developers to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain and update personal files and HR documentation for team members.
• Ensure precise data entry and record maintenance across all systems.
• Manage records related to contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exits for team members.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of team member information.
• Address escalations in system records and any bugs by contacting the relevant team.
• Maintain the monthly evaluation tracking system for team members.
• Follow up with managers to ensure evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
• Compile evaluation data to assist with People & Culture reporting and insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of team members' performance records.
• Aid in onboarding documentation and the creation of team member records.
• Respond to inquiries regarding attendance, leave balances, and HR documentation.
• Provide HR administrative support for team members during early morning coverage.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of People & Culture initiatives and engagement activities.
• Support the organization and execution of internal events, workshops, and team gatherings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or management of team member records.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Capability to manage confidential team member information with care.
• Ability to work independently and support early operational needs.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Desirable: Customer relationship skills and an outgoing personality.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
• Willingness to learn IT fundamentals, systems, and complete Azure basics.
