• Development of an effective performance management and goal-setting system for assessing business outcomes through the lens of individual and team performance;
• Active participation and support for the CEO and partners in strategic decision-making and shaping the overall strategy;
• Strengthening and managing the functions of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Employer Branding, including assistance in headhunting for top and founder roles;
• Designing and implementing the company structure aligned with strategic objectives;
• Cultivating a culture of leadership, trust, and transparency, along with programs for manager development (coaching, leadership academies);
• Strategic change management (new processes, systems, values) and managing crisis communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment — HR, COO (operations), business development;
• Proven experience in formulating HR strategies and building teams;
• Extensive experience in Talent Management;
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives through data — significant experience with analytical data and reporting;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in English — Advanced+ level;
• Skills in visualizing processes and structures;
• Experience in working with financial reports of companies — understanding the essence and nature of metrics.
