• Offer assistance to employees to address inquiries regarding HR, benefits, timekeeping, hiring, and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding procedures, which include verifying documents, registering in systems, and following up on orientation and integration.
• Manage and monitor electronic timekeeping records, making necessary adjustments, resolving issues, and providing support to both managers and employees.
• Aid in the administration of benefits, vacation scheduling, leaves of absence, and personnel changes or movements.
• Organize and keep documents, files, and internal HR controls up to date.
• Enhance communication between HR, management, and employees to ensure alignment of operational information.
• Monitor pending administrative tasks and ensure adherence to internal deadlines.
• Provide support for general personnel, payroll, and HR activities as needed by operations.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or in Personnel/Payroll processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and the administration of electronic timekeeping systems.
• Proficient in providing employee support and addressing administrative requests.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication abilities.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and internal HR systems (ERP and CRM) is advantageous.
• High school diploma is required.
• A technical or higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
