People Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee the People Analytics strategy for various People products and initiatives;

• Convert business requirements into metrics, analyses, and strategic dashboards;

• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure the availability and quality of data necessary for analyses;

• Conduct advanced analyses and derive actionable insights in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning & Development, and employee experience;

• Create strategic dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making;

• Leverage AI and automation (including agents and analytical tools) to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities within the area;

• Engage closely with business stakeholders to comprehend challenges, formulate hypotheses, and suggest data-driven solutions;

• Contribute to the advancement of the People data strategy by aiding in the structuring of metrics, governance, and the application of analytics within the HR product ecosystem;

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in People Analytics;

• Background in technology companies or environments focused on digital transformation;

• Experience utilizing AI for data analysis and efficiency improvements;

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation;

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools;

• Knowledge of Data Bricks or contemporary data environments;

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for conversation;
