• Oversee the essential phases of occupational reintegration management (BEM)
• Ensure that processes and documentation are complete and consistently updated
• Gather and analyze relevant HR metrics
• Maintain the quality of personnel data and enhance reporting frameworks
• Assist with market benchmarking and data analysis
• Actively participate in the formulation of HR policies and guidelines
• Aid in the testing and deployment of new HR software
• Completed vocational training in business administration or office/administration
• Some professional experience in an assistant role, office management, HR, or a related field
• Ability to organize tasks systematically and work independently
• Strong affinity for digital tools (preferably Google Suite / Google Workspace)
• Clear and empathetic communication skills in both German and English
• Proactive attitude towards tasks and problem-solving, demonstrating complete reliability
