• Serve as the key technical authority and "Super User" for the HRIS ecosystem, overseeing intricate configurations, security permissions, and automated workflows.
• Drive the HR technology roadmap by pinpointing manual inefficiencies and executing automated modules or software solutions to enhance productivity.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage HR tech projects from inception to completion, ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the "Bridge Builder" by converting complex business needs from HR leadership into actionable technical specifications for IT, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Supervise API connectivity and guarantee smooth integration between the HRIS and external business tools.
• Develop a "Zero-Error" auditing system to ensure complete data accuracy while adhering to global regulations such as GDPR and SOC2.
• Design a scalable structural framework that consolidates disparate HR, payroll, and finance systems into a unified, automated "source of truth."
• Manage the creation of executive dashboards and predictive models to monitor essential business metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners to standardize data definitions and align HR insights with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team with an emphasis on "Privacy by Design."
• At least 8 years of experience in HR Technology or People Analytics, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Extensive technical expertise in Information Systems (IS) and enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong experience in managing complex legacy data mapping and system migrations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technology initiatives using Agile tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Professional experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Knowledge of global data privacy standards, including GDPR and SOC2 compliance requirements.
