This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, tiered partner program encompassing channel, referral, technology, and consulting alliances from the ground up.
• Establish partner segmentation, value propositions, and engagement models that align with the company’s target markets and sales strategies.
• Identify, recruit, and activate influential partners within the human services sector, including advisory firms, system integrators, technology providers, and specialized niche players.
• Create clear governance, operational cadence, and rules of engagement to facilitate scalability while maintaining sales integrity.
• Oversee partner contracting and negotiations in close collaboration with internal teams, including Legal, Sales, and Finance.
• Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals with explicit accountability for revenue outcomes.
• Initiate and implement joint go-to-market strategies, account-based initiatives, and campaigns with key partners.
• Assist in strategic pursuits where partners significantly enhance differentiation, credibility, or deal structure.
• Design and deliver partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and sales training programs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior external stakeholders, including Federal, State, and county human services leaders, national and regional associations, policy influencers, advisory groups, and ecosystem conveners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on thought leadership, conference strategies, and external communications that reflect policy and market trends.
• Generally, 12+ years of extensive senior leadership experience in partnerships, alliances, public affairs, government relations, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in developing partner programs that yield measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Proven experience in engaging with state and local government leaders, associations, and regulated markets; experience in adjacent regulated markets is also advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of government procurement processes, public-sector ethical standards, and the practical realities of regulated markets.
• Executive-level communication abilities with a proficiency for navigating politically and commercially complex environments.
• Required experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sectors serving public or highly regulated industries.
