This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the creation of detailed account-based strategies for premier partners, crafting long-term strategic plans that recognize each partner as a distinct market for growth.
• Enhance sell-through and adoption by pinpointing high-potential growth opportunities within current accounts to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Negotiate and oversee intricate, multi-layered commercial agreements and margin-sharing models to optimize long-term contribution margin and "share of wallet" in the market.
• Manage the complete partner implementation lifecycle after contract signing, coordinating the shift from Business Development hand-off to a successful operational launch.
• Serve as the internal "General Manager" for your portfolio, fostering collaboration across Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product to ensure all technical and operational responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Collaborate internally and externally to create scalable enablement and marketing initiatives that transform partner channels into effective third-party sales engines.
• Develop and execute the essential "Partner Playbook," incorporating health scoring, QBR frameworks, and scalable operations designed for expanding the function.
• 8-10+ years of overall Sales or Revenue experience, including at least 4 years specifically focused on Partner Management or Account Management.
• Significant experience in employee wellness or digital healthcare, with hands-on experience selling a range of integrated solutions to C-suite executives.
• Outstanding financial modeling and commercial contracting abilities, with a proven track record in establishing highly accountable, growth-oriented, yet margin-sensitive partner agreements.
• Skilled in selling platform or data products, leading high-level technical explorations, and coordinating API-driven solutions with external product teams.
• Demonstrated success in high-growth, "zero-to-one" settings, driven by an inherently curious, abundant mindset that prioritizes internal collaboration over competition.
