This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Accountable for the sales of HP’s Personal Systems products, services, and solutions.
• Oversee a designated territory of named accounts without direct supervision.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Establish and nurture robust professional relationships with clients.
• Assess market trends and offer insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance win rates and meet sales objectives.
• Guide junior account managers to foster their growth within the organization.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales to End-User Enterprise clients.
• Strong negotiation skills for handling complex global contracts.
• Capability to build trust with customers and effectively communicate HP’s value proposition.
• Proven experience in driving market growth by acquiring new enterprise named accounts.
• Advanced knowledge in consultative-selling techniques.
• Expertise in comprehensive account management and sales strategy formulation.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Background in leading contract negotiations and obtaining favorable terms.
• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
