This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a portfolio of mid-market accounts within a designated territory.
• Recognize, cultivate, and finalize expansion opportunities.
• Function as the Commercial Quarterback, collaborating with Customer Success Coaches, Solution Consultants, Solution Delivery, Marketing, and Renewal Specialists.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the main commercial contact, engaging stakeholders at various business levels.
• 3–7 years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with responsibility for revenue.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a book of business or territory.
• Proven history of achieving expansion/upsell across diverse accounts.
• Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities.
• Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.
