This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and maintain relationships within a customer's organizational hierarchy by utilizing company resources and expertise that span various functions.
• Identify customer challenges that present opportunities for immediate solutions to address their issues.
• Increase share of wallet by leveraging additional company packaging offerings throughout the customer's operations.
• Recognize the significance of sustainability and recycling initiatives to our customers and the markets they operate in.
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews with your customer to evaluate progress towards shared goals and determine next steps.
• Negotiate long-term agreements that enhance margins while promoting unit growth and overall revenue.
• Possess a robust sales hunter mentality with a strong desire to achieve success.
• Advocate for the value that both you and Mauser provide to the customer.
• Achieve proficiency in the company's Salesforce CRM and Power BI, utilizing these tools effectively within your responsibilities.
• Take a proactive approach to pricing strategies and highlight the importance of navigating material cost changes and the value that Mauser delivers.
• Collaborate across the business to identify and support initiatives aimed at standardizing or reducing costs and waste.
• Assist SIOP in managing sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying updated on supply and demand, emerging trends, economic indicators, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, building personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related results as needed and within deadlines.
• Will require travel of up to 60% of the time.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong background in Sales and the Packaging industry.
• Proven track record of delivering year-over-year growth.
• Proficient in CRM tools for effective territory and customer management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to analyze customer trends, financial data, and formulate strategic recommendations for customer management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large and complex customer base.
• At least 7 years of direct sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving results.
