šŸ“‹ Description

• Take ownership and lead the operational function, which includes inventory strategy, supply planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing (3PL), and fulfillment across Retail, DTC, and Amazon.

• Create and implement a scalable operations strategy that translates business goals into infrastructure, processes, and capabilities that foster growth and efficiency.

• Drive comprehensive inventory planning and management, enhancing service levels and working capital through effective forecasting, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Finance.

• Lead the S&OP process, ensuring meticulous monthly planning, alignment, and communication among key stakeholders.

• Manage the entire logistics and fulfillment network, covering inbound and outbound transportation (small parcel, LTL, FTL, international) and 3PL partnerships, guaranteeing top-tier service, cost efficiency, and SLA performance.

• Oversee vendor and partner management across manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PLs, which includes sourcing, negotiations, and ongoing performance improvements.

• Develop and scale operational processes, SOPs, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and long-term scalability, including leadership across ERP platforms (e.g., Cin7) and future system implementations.

• Establish and lead operational performance management, encompassing KPI definition, reporting, and analysis (e.g., Inbound Accuracy, and On-Time In-Full), driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Supervise inventory accuracy and health, focusing on Inventory on Hand, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and revenue recovery through retail compliance and chargeback management.

• Enhance the Order-to-Cash lifecycle in collaboration with the Finance & Accounting Team to improve service levels, cash flow, and customer experience.

• Ensure operational readiness and successful onboarding of new retail partners, which includes EDI integration, testing, and compliance with shipping requirements.

• Manage the operations budget, which includes logistics, fulfillment, and inventory-related costs, with accountability for cost efficiency and performance against set targets.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews as the functional owner of supply chain and operational performance, including the Operations function within the company’s Annual Operating Plan.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing operations team, establishing clear goals, accountability, and pathways for career development.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations/Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, preferably in a high-growth mass retail environment.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience, including managing and scaling teams.

• Extensive experience in CPG operations, particularly in demand planning and forecasting.

• Strong expertise in 3PL management, retail compliance, and operational process design.

• Significant experience with EDI integrations across specialty, mass, and drug retail channels.

• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with a proven record of utilizing data to drive decisions.

• Proficient with warehouse management systems (Bluebox preferred), ERP systems (CIN7 preferred, Netsuite is a plus), and logistics platforms.

• In-depth understanding of domestic and international logistics, including import/export processes.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused in your work.

• A strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.

• Assertive communication style and strong project management abilities.
