This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop and implement the global operations strategy that aligns with LXT’s objectives for growth and profitability.
• Define the operating model across delivery and quality functions.
• Promote the integration of automation and AI-driven capabilities within operations.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for initiatives focused on operational transformation.
• Manage performance metrics across delivery, including quality, throughput, SLAs, client interactions, and KPIs such as GM, utilization, cost-to-deliver, and quality performance.
• Foster continuous improvement through the tracking, reporting, and intervention of KPIs.
• Supervise operational budgets and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Lead and mentor delivery team members across various global regions.
• Oversee the establishment of scalable workflows, SOPs, data and reporting infrastructure, and workforce systems.
• Advocate for the development of platform automation and enhancements, expert intelligence capabilities, and AI-enhanced quality management.
• Collaborate with the growth team to support the development of strategic opportunities and solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistent delivery experience while meeting contractual obligations.
• Function as an escalation point for intricate client issues.
• Propel succession planning and the development of leadership capabilities.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that is consistent with LXT values.
• Manage interdependencies across Sales, HR, Tech, and Finance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in operations leadership, ideally within AI data services, BPO, or technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrated experience in leading global, multi-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and workforce operations, project delivery, quality management, and financial planning and margin optimization.
• Proven track record in operational transformation or automation initiatives.
• Excellent skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
