VP of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance operational processes across various departments to boost efficiency, scalability, and overall organizational performance.

• Evaluate and analyze workflows within operations, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy AI-driven tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Develop and oversee the business analytics function, setting up KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting systems that deliver actionable insights.

• Drive enterprise-wide operational initiatives and special projects that facilitate company growth, operational scalability, and market expansion.

• Act as an operational partner to the CEO, assisting in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in technology and business operations, with a proven record of achieving operational excellence. Experience in EdTech is advantageous!

• More than 8 years of management experience, including leading large, cross-functional teams of 20 or more members.

• Experience in scaling operations within a rapidly growing, international organization is a plus!

• Demonstrated success in implementing AI, automation, and technological solutions that yield measurable business results.

• Strong expertise in business intelligence, analytics, KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive reporting.

• Experience collaborating directly with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.

• Proven ability to influence and drive execution across all organizational levels.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
